  My wife and I shared the platter of wings 15 pieces. We also had an order of fries and celery and carrots. The food came out nice and hot. The wings were great and the flavors to choose from are many. The waitress gave us excellent service and we enjoyed it very much. My favorite was the teriyaki flavor.

  Do NOT go to this location if you can. I've never had worse customer service in any place than this. I had issues with a duplicate take out order where the manager said be right back I'll get this fixed. Then he disappeared. They then went to get my food and the order was wrong. I'm also allergic to peppers and asked for a salad without them. He told me they don't use peppers. Well that's a lie, my salad came back with them...
  
  I was told I couldn't get refunded for my online duplicate order for a week.. finally got it after calling 5 TIMES to chase. The manager John also promised to mail me gift certificates as an apology. I had to call him about 12 times over a period of several months to get this. Well a waste of my time cause it's been 6 months and I STILL don't have these promised gift certificates. The first time he didn't write my address down right and claims they were mailed back to him. He claims to have resent them again and I told him I was moving across the country in 4 weeks so they'd need to arrive in time. Nope. Never received them and still haven't. Don't waste your time here or your money. You'll be ripped off.

  We read the reviews and decided to go ahead since it was close. It was the BEST bdubs we have ever been to. The food was so good! The wings had plenty of sauce and a lot of flavor. The nachos were also very good! Also, the waitresses were a blast! Our food was served quickly and without error. They were so friendly and fun! We would definitely go back!

  I have never received such horrible service, and even manager could not be accountable.  We were seated at 7 pm our order was taken by 7:10, received one meal out of five after 30 minutes then another at 8 pm.  We asked to see a manager he came over asked us what was the problem, he pulled the order than proceeded to ask us the balance of the order two more times, finally the last three dinners came at 8:30.  I asked for the bill and gave her my credit card, and she returns with someone else's card.  Then I check my account and there are two charges already on my card!  I went to the manager and told him that there were two charges already and that I wanted my card, and he told me that he had resolved it, nope.  It is now 7/9/2019 I have been in there twice and called once and I am still paying for two bills.  Will never return to this location and horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!

  This place made us not only wait 45 min to sit, but they also didn't tell us the food would be a 40 minute wait. Never again. Horrible service and I haven't even had the food yet. I wish we never went here. There was a two hour wait that we thought was to ridiculous. Should have just stayed there 0/10.
